A spacious and peaceful mid century modern compound (main house and guest house) tucked away behind a wooded path. Only about 35 minutes from downtown Atlanta, and minutes from Trilith Studios/Live, US Soccer training facilities, Piedmont Hospital, & QTS data center, our location is super convenient for groups coming to the area for fun, work, family, or business. Fully furnished and stocked with amenities, our home is perfect for groups looking for their short or mid term retreat.

We have a 3 bed room 2.5 bath main house - 1 king bed en-suite, and 2 queen bed rooms with a jack/jill style shared full bath The guest house in the back yard has 1 bed, 1 full bath, its own kitchen and laundry
Other Details to Note
We are pet friendly but there is a pet fee of $30/pet/night for non-service animals, and we reserve the right to ask the permitted questions about pets as defined in Airbnb's policy https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/1869. Non-service animals are restricted to hypoallergenic breeds. Pets must be disease free, including but not limited to rabies, ticks, fleas, ringworms, kennel cough, canine flu, cat flu, etc) Owners must pick up after all pets. Failure to do so will incur extra $50 fee. Damages caused by pets will incur a minimum $300 extra cleaning fee. While our home comes stocked with amenities, items are provided as starter quantities. Unless otherwise specified, guests will need to replenish items they deplete if they need continued use. Items include but not limited to paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, detergent, soap, lotion, etc. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
